Construction Equipment Trade
Cross-border supply of construction machinery, earthmoving attachments and electrical plant equipment, contracted out of Hong Kong.
Registered nature of business · Hong Kong Business Registration
Direct and co-invested positions in commercial property and in operating assets that sit behind the equipment trade.
Property is held for the group’s own account. The desk acquires commercial and industrial assets — including the yard, warehouse and logistics-adjacent property that the equipment trade actually uses — and holds them directly or alongside an operating partner.
Assets with an operating use rather than a pure yield story: storage and handling space, light industrial premises, and commercial property in the corridors the group already trades along.
The test applied to any asset is whether the group understands the business that will occupy it. Where it does not, it does not buy.
Directly, where the company can fund and administer the asset alone; or as a co-investor alongside the operator, on a written shareholders’ or joint venture agreement that sets out control, funding obligations and exit.
Title, insurance and statutory compliance for each asset are administered at holding level.
The company does not act as an estate agent, does not market property to the public, does not pool investor money into a property fund, and does not offer property-linked returns to anyone outside the group.
Where a third party invests alongside the company, it does so as a named co-investor under a negotiated agreement — never as a subscriber to an offer.
