Construction Equipment Trade
Cross-border supply of construction machinery, earthmoving attachments and electrical plant equipment, contracted out of Hong Kong.
Registered nature of business · Hong Kong Business Registration
Minority and control positions in trading, machinery and industrial-services companies within the group’s field of competence.
Equity positions are taken in businesses the group already understands from the trading side: machinery manufacture and distribution, industrial services, and cross-border trading companies. Positions are held on the company’s own balance sheet.
The group invests where it can read the business without an intermediary — where it knows the suppliers, the buyers and the working-capital cycle. In practice that means machinery, industrial equipment and the trading companies around them.
Affiliated interests of the beneficial owner in mainland machinery businesses are disclosed to banks and counterparties as related parties.
Registration and ownership verification, financial and management accounts, order book and supplier concentration, litigation search, and sanctions and adverse-media screening on the target and its controllers.
Findings are written up and retained. A transaction that cannot be documented is not done.
Shareholder rights are exercised through a written agreement — reserved matters, information rights, and board representation where the size of the stake justifies it.
Holdings are consolidated and reported at group level; exits are planned rather than opportunistic.
